To apply the philosophy of business management to run the sport, leisure, or tourism industry and to develop the globalized managing talents.

Four educational goals are further identified:

1. To develop our students with humble, humane, and humorous attitudes and personality.
2. To familiarize our students with the professional knowledge and competencies required in the sport industry, so they are capable to think, analyze, implement and to make decision.
3. To establish an innovative education system by working closely with the practices, broadening our practical and theoretical experiences in the field to raise our competitiveness in the job market.
4. To expand our international learning domain catching up the global trends in sport, leisure, and tourism.
